Not So Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 10-15 Small Shrimp (I used frozen Salad Shrimp)
  • Red Wine Vinegar (for marinating the shrimp)
  • Cherry Tomato (finely diced)
  • Green Onion (finely diced )
  • Asiago Cheese (finely shredded for garnishing)


Step 1
Hard Boil your eggs. Set your shrimp to marinate in a few dashes to red wine vinegar.
Step 2
Cool the eggs in ice water. Then peel and cut in half.
Step 3
Put yolks in a separate bowl. Mash them smooth and add in the mayonnaise. Stir
Step 4
Add in the sour cream, cumin and salt and pepper. Stir well then put in a pipping bag.
Step 5
Fill your eggs with the yolk mixture. Top with shrimp. Then top with finely diced tomatoes and green onions. Finally add a dash of finely shredded asiago cheese.
Step 6
Chill then serve.
