Lamb Florentine Burger


  • 1lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill
  • Olive Oil (to coat pan for cooking)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Step 1
Add all the ingredient into a bowl. Mix well
Step 2
Form your patties. For 1 pound of meat, I made 4 patties.
Step 3
Into a hot skillet, I use cast iron, cook your burger until it is medium well done.
Step 4
Serve on a bed of lettuce or with a bun. This is wonderful paired with Tzatziki Sauce.
