Chocolate Covered Stuffed Strawberries

  • 12 or More Strawberries (large enough to be cored for stuffing)
  • 2 Hershey Chocolate Bars
  • 2 Hershey Special Dark Bars
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 5.3oz Vanilla Flavor Greek Yogurt ( This was 1 individual serving package of the yogurt)


Step 1
Wash, Dry and Core your strawberries. I cut mine so that the were cored but also a bit off the top. Kinda like a little window. This way they were easy to fill after they were dipped.
Step 2
Melt your chocolate. I used a double boiler method to melt mine and keep it warm during the dipping process.
Step 3
Once the Chocolate is melted, Dip your Strawberries. Be sure to cover all the sides. Once dipped, lay them flat on a piece of parchment paper to cool and harden up
Step 4
As the strawberries are cooling, you can begin your filling. In a bowl, I combined the Mascarpone Cheese and the Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Mix well. I then placed this into a baggy to pipe the filling into the strawberries. Just push it into the corner of the bag and snip off the end with scissors.
Step 5
Fill your strawberries. Then... Enjoy. My youngest son was eating these as fast as I could filled them it seemed.
