It is baseball season and what does that mean? I am crazy baseball mom once again. Both of my boys play baseball on travel leagues this year so baseball season is a bit more crazy than usual. Crazy is good right? It is fun and I have to admit, I enjoy watching them play ball…a lot.
Asparagus and Spring Onion Frittata for #SundaySupper
This Week’s theme for #SundaySupper is Springtime dishes. This was a hard one for me. Living in Michigan, Springtime has not quite yet hit our area. We went to bed with the temps lingering around 30F and woke up to a blanket of fresh snow. The Chill in the air tells us that we are still in Winter’s grip but the longer days are telling us another story, the sun shines longer and there is hope that Springtime is around the corner.

Oh Unprocessed October, how you have changed me. It had not occurred to me on November 2 that it was no longer Unprocessed October. Meal planning, making unprocessed foods and not eating out as much has become part of my routine. When the realization hit me I thought, well, I am going to get me a Fruit Punch Drink. The pretty red, the deliciously sweet goodness served over ice that I used to indulge in weekly. It was awful! I swear drinking it down it was like trying to drink syrup. I gave up. Good bye fake fruit punch drink; you are way too sweet and syrupy for me now.
